This little printable features four Australian animals: the kangaroo, the koala, the platypus and the kookaburra.
I created it to be used in tandem with our Tikiri Aussie Animals set, to create a 'matching game' where children can place the toy animal on to the photo of the animal - you can use it any way you like though!
A simple matching activity like this helps your child to make connections between a real life photo and a toy version, explore the concept of 2D and 3D, provide an opportunity to practice critical thinking and can be a calming, independent activity.
